I was told on the phone there would be no contact with anyone, someone would meet my car and stand outside of my car and I would not go in the building.
This is not what happened. A few technicians did not even wear masks.
Supposably one of my tires was “gouged” even though all were fine previously since they’ve been in storage and we’re fine when taken off the car and then they wanted to tell me how much it would be to buy four new tires. I ended up just leaving my winter tires on. I won’t be back. Please do not contact me .

Well it’s a long story, but I’m somewhat frustrated at this point. Don’t get me wrong everyone was extremely friendly and pleasant however I’ve spent over $1000 iand the problem with my car still isn’t fixed. So I brought the car in because the front and was shaking and they spin balanced the tires for me, they assured me that 99% of the problem wias solved, but it wasn’t. Then I was told the axles need to be replaced, so both axles were replaced but it still didn’t solve the problem. Then I was told all four tires need to be replaced, and it still didn’t solve the problem. So here I am $1000 later and The car still shakes, but was told everything was fine. I guess my first question would be is anybody actually taking the time to drive the car for any length of time to really see how it’s performing because I don’t think they are, if they did,they would notice this shake in the front end of the car. I mean I trust you guys are the experts and are around and drive cars all day you should know exactly how cars should perform and drive. I shouldn’t have to tell you. I think my other issue is typically if there’s a problem that’s unknown you usually start with the most inexpensive solution first then work into the larger problems..I’m not really sure I needed the axles and I’m really not sure I needed new tires either. My understanding is they took the tires and rims off my car and put tires and rims on from another car and it seem to solve the problem however they put new tires on the same rims of the car rather than determining whether or not the rims were the problem. Well anyways that’s my story. Don’t get me wrong Tim was great . pleasant but didn’t delivery on his word.. I expect you’ll be getting a call from me Monday morning To see where we go from here. I guess if I wasn’t stretch so thin financially because of the coronavirus I’d be a little bit more patient but my expectations are a little bit higher considering the circumstances. Any help would be appreciated
