We continue to appreciate everything you guys are doing! Always top notch service :) However, just one interesting side note from today. Per my husband’s conversation with the service department, they mentioned my rear brakes were squeaking and that the calipers might need to be tightened. I found this strange as it wasn’t too long ago (Maybe December?!) I’d brought my RDX in to your location for new brakes and rotors. At which point, the issue seemed to be taken care of (I.e., squeaking stopped); so as I drove home tonight, I was very surprised when the same problems were happening and, honestly, worse then before these parts were replaced. Today’s visit was mainly for an oil change, mind you the oil life indicator was not reset after service was performed. Additionally, I’d been having issues with the AC.... fix will be expensive. Since the vehicle is still under warranty, I’ll be going to Acura directly to have the AC clutch (?) replaced. Again, We usually have the best experience at Saratoga Honda but walked away from today’s service appointment feeling a little concerned about bringing my car back.

Tim was great. Courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. But when I came home I noticed my tan glove compartment had grease marks all over it where they did work. It’s not easy to wipe off. Very disease I spent over $200 for a basic service plus filters.

I arrived at my set time and was registered in for my appointment. I was told the service would take 1.75 hours and they would call when it was completed. 1.5 hours later I received my call just as I Was arriving back on the premises. They were 15 minutes ahead of schedule and I was quickly on my way! Thank you Saratoga Honda!

Very accommodating specially during the pandemic friendly people as always communication is on point also. And did ahead of schedule tooo ! Highly recommend! And I even forgot to put my keys in the car and they ran and found me outside relaxing in a Adirondack chair. Wi fi always works every time. Love it here
