The employee who waited on me didn't even see me in the lobby waiting to tell me my car was done. Had to get a call. Wake up!
The transmission still torque converter still isn't fixed.

Vicky who works in your service department was excellent. She is great to work with and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend people who have trouble with their cars to go to Saratoga Honda. I live in Bolton Landing but drove all the way down there because of the great service that I receive. Thank you again.
Cameron was excellent. He greeted me as soon as I walked in. Was able to fit me in on a Saturday afternoon. Kept me posted each step of he way throughout the repair of my van.

I left a message with the director of service. The mechanical end / diagnostics/ payment of the process not good. The immediate service people were great
The only thing was. My husband picked up my car and the next morning I want to get in it and everything has been moved my steering wheel my mirrors things were shut off that I thought I had on. I was getting in the car the next morning for a road trip to Rochester and didn’t realize it until I pulled out of the driveway that things didn’t feel the same as it did before I went to have the car serviced. I had to pull over and get everything situated back to the way I preferred it. Also you guys did a car wash on it and the water spots were awful I had to clean the windows before I could do my road trip the following day
Victoria was excellent.very helpful-kept me posted as to what was happening with our car-and best of all didn't charge us
Nice friendly people today and was in and out in 1 hour as promised.
