This was my second time having Steve as my service advisor. He is very friendly. He also explains the current issue with vehicle well. He actually showed me on the car what the problem was and what was being replaced and why.

Very responsive and helpful. Kyle called when the part was available...in one day...and was able to schedule service immediately. I also was contacted when the service was completed. A 10+ in my view!
