Saratoga Honda was wonderful to me. I did not buy my car from them but they where there in my time of need! I had to have my car and fixed quick and they where only open for another hour they got it in and fixed so I was able to make it to work on time. I also had lost my debit card and couldn't pay and they allowed me to leave and bring the money back to them the folling day! Wonderful service!! Thank you Tom.

Everything was done very quickly and the gentleman who helped me was very helpful and friendly

No need for a contact. Just not 100% satisfied. Explained the issue that I was having with my minivan, tech could not repeat issue on left side door. 3/4 the way through repair Was informed that they fixed the right side door but had an alarm going off, then they realize that the left side door was causing the alarm(which I told them was the case since I pulled right side fuse.) Solution at 5 o’clock,(1:15 appointment) was to bring the van back at a future date to do the left side. And not to worry about the door being a little Wiggley in the back, front latch should hold. Informed them that I have Toddler in the back and acquired their help to pull the same fuse that I pulled on the right and I repeatedly tried to close the door until it latched in the back. Locked it and will not use it until I can make a return trip.

Extremely satisfied with the service today. Brian was super helpful!
