I have always told Honda America that if I have a problem with their dealer, I will handle it with that dealer. They should be asking me what I think of Honda and how they could improve their products and services. Never got a response from Honda America.
Fast and affordable service provided. My vehicle is in need of additional service in the future and there was no pressure to correct the defect now although that was encouraged, it was not expected. That is what I appreciate about my service experience.
Brian was very thorough,explaining all issues and cost associated with each. I was very satisfied except never like to spend large amounts on car maintenance but its life.
