Please do not call me. My husband took the car for service. I will tell you that Gary never introduced himself to my husband and according to him interaction was minimal. Prior to even receiving this e mail, when I got home after work my husband told me that the level of professional service at this dealership has declined considerably since Geoff Preault and the rest of that team left. You now seem to have many inexperienced service providers working for you.

Steve was a good guy. I broke down and he was able to get me out the next day and matched all my expectations. He even let me park it inside for the night since I had my dirt bike in the trunk. Thanks Steve and Honda mechanics.

I was very surprised by the amount of the labor charge. $500 for less than 2 and a half hours? This seems outrageously high.
