I had an appt. for 8:30 am today but at the last minute I had to be at my office so I canceled on line and rescheduled for 3:00pm the same day only to be reminded by my wife I was taking our puppy to the veterinarian at 4:00??
I showed up at the dealership at 2:30 and explained my situation to Tom who was very understanding and got me in within 15 minutes so I was out in no time and on my way with time to spare. Tom even had them wash my car.
If that isn’t great accommodating service I’d like to know what is !! Thanks Tom

It’s very unorganized when you first go in. There were six people working at the service desks with one person helping a customer. We were told that someone would be with us shortly four times, but we stood there for over ten minutes. It’s not clear where you’re supposed to go when you walk in. Nobody knew if we had been waited on. Perhaps a number system or something like that would be helpful. Once Jordan helped us, everything went well and the service was very good.
