Proactive service manager
This visit was far better than my previous one. My main reason for going there was for an oil change. Immediately after they returned the car to me I checked the oil. On the dip stick there was a tint of brown in the new oil. I suspect they did not do a 1/4 Qt. rinse to the engine while the drain plug was out of the pan. If I did it myself I always give a rinse to the engine before replacing the drain plug. The one time I got to speak with a technician, a Honda technician at Rensselaer Honda told me he gave it a 1/4 Qt. rinse. I really liked that and I felt like I had a superior skilled man work on my car. It gave me confidence in the job done.
The rest of my recent visit was perfect. Tom did a great job covered all issues I had. He even honored the expired coupon I had.
Tom was helpful. The appointment was punctual. Our wait was minimal.
