Service and employees were great. Someone allowed a woman with a yipping, screaming dog to remain in waiting room for hours. All customers were irritated. This was not a service dog. Not a pleasant experience.
Wonderful experience. Battery went dead. Service man was at my home within an hour to jump start. Tom was terrific in getting the car checked out and the battery replaced. Thank you!

Was not informed on what the vip package included. Had to read the fine print . Was told that would take care of everything! They did issue a credit for service that we may never use. May go back to Toyota . Never had this with them!!
