Super nice right from the beginning ! I was offered a loaner car while my Accord was being serviced and was even told of a craft festival nearby that I might enjoy. I wanted to finish a book I had brought withh me so I enjoyed your very pleasant waiting room and snacks.

No need to contact me, your service rep and mechanics solved the issue and were very responsive, apologetic and helpful about an unusual foul up, but i can’t say it was “excellent” that i made an appointment for 9:00 and my car was forgotten in the reception bay until i asked about it at 10:20
Tom was personable and informative about me needing tires before winter
I had given a coupon for oil change and he forgot to take it off, I asked for a screw to be put into my key and was charged 5$ thought that was petty considering I had just spent 600 on new tires and oil change. The coupon was an oversight because the tires were an unexpected thing but I still had to return to get my refund and felt like they thought no big deal. Service was fairly quick considering all that was done

The staff at Saratoga are always very nice and kind. They explain things. They have a sense of humor and they know how to talk to customers with a script. I love that my car gets a wash after the services too. Makes me feel special.

In the past I've had good experiences with Saratoga Honda. But I was very disappointed when I picked up my car today. My car was supposed to be detailed and it was half done. The seats were not even touched and my car was in the service department for almost
