We had an out of town trip planned and had a car emergency the afternoon before our trip. . Gary found a way to get the parts the car needed and had them arrive in time so that our Pilot was ready the next day So we could make the trip! I will be recommending Gary and Saratoga Honda to all my friends and family.
Great service and at a reasonable time frame.
Gary was great. He explained what was wrong with the car and why it would take a day or two to fix it. He set me up with a loaner vehicle, and called when the car was ready the next day. I was very pleased with the service.
The flat tire was repaired within an hour, and there was no charge. Kyle and the staff were all helpful. Thanks!
