I went in for an oil change and my brakes and tires were in the yellow, and was told eventually you’re going to need new front brakes and four new tires. The brakes I kind of understood because they told me that last time. The tires blew me away because I just bought two new tires back in 2017. When I got home I called to inquire to say hey that seems like a bit much to need to replace tires and the person on the phone argued with me that Honda was correct and wouldn’t honor anything kinda of credit. So I’m going somewhere else for service now. Honda was highly suggesting I get new tires at some point as the tread was getting lower and lower and I just felt like I got the tires and I thought like Honda could’ve done more because I just got two new tires a year ago.
Service staff were very helpful over the phone and upon arrival. Prompt greeting after parking and getting us ready at desk. Parking and desk staff were pleasant were attentive. Made aware of repair and turn around time. This is our third car with Saratoga Honda. Very confident with service and staff

Me that I never purchased a Maintenance plan, or whatever the plan is called that covers my oil changes and tire rotations and stuff like that. I went in there not expecting to have to come up with the $100 to pay for it. Otherwise the service was great and quick.

I didn’t have an appointment and I live out of town. Passing through today I called to see it they could fit me in for a couple simple things. I was told there was a recall that needed to be taken care of. They got my car right in, took care of all that I requested including the recall. They even offered a loaner vehicle so I could finish my errands. They were great!

Each time I visit Honda, I am greeted in a timely manner. Today was busy and still the staff was friendly, courteous and professional. I appreciate the mechanics noticing that I needed an alignment & that I was near due for service. I am in transition between residences, so their eye for detail saved me valuable time. Thanks! Honda rocks!
