The work scheduled was done well as well as check out. We were informed of additional items that needed to be done by 9:15am which was much appreciated. However, Gary never responded to my two voicemails or text message when I tried to see if the work could be done the same day. I didn't get a call back so I picked up the car and scheduled another appointment for next weekend.

Your service department is run as all auto dealers are with a sole aim of creating revenue. I have been in several times with same problem that created a hazardous situation for me and my love ones and your tired old line of we couldn’t see the problem while the car was here, you feel it’s a valid line and if your employees don’t buy the lame excuse then the won’t have jobs for long as it is about revenue generation. As a boy on the farm we had our cow insemiinated artificiality and it was called servicing. Today it’s the only type of service given not just by you but universally it’s what our great society has become so I can’t blame Jordan it’s what the world teaches today

I'm not happy with the way my last visit (the one before this) went. I dont feel the guidance I received was of the quality I would have hoped. I was told I needed new rotors and was told Honda recommended new break pads, but that I didn't need them. The day I left the facility the break pads had screwed up my rotors to the point of where I needed them resurfaced again. Honda shouldn't have recommended new pads, they should have told me they needed to be replaced just like the rotors. I was in again 3 weeks later and had to pay to get my brand new rotors resurfaced. It has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I feel I didnt get the personal service I would have gotten from a smaller mechanic shop. My old mechanic would have made clear to me that if I didnt get new pads I'd be back in in a week.

Steve was an excellent service advisor, the absolute best. Ben in parts was outstanding in explaining snow tires. Because of them I will only buy tires at Saratoga and have service done there.

I brought in my second Honda Fit , the first one they serviced the day before. The service was excellent. Gary was personable and genuine. Your staff always gives outstanding service! And the gentleman that gave me a shuttle ride home was also very friendly and personable.
