I received very courteous service from everyone I encountered. I was made to feel like it made their day to have me there. The waiting area was comfortable and neat. I got up to use the rest room and returned to find the magazines on the table newly arranged. The rest room was immaculate. My tire was repaired to my satisfaction. I was very impressed.

My car was not washed as said. I needed to get to work so I did not go back in to say so. The time before was an oil change but the indicator light was not reset. Also on a tire repair the wheel was not properly balanced & I needed to return for that. Three types of services & each time there was neglect. I don’t know if employees are made to feel rushed but something is not right.

Nick the service manager dealt with most of my concerns regarding a warranty issue. The issue is a work in progress yet not resolved. It had the potential to be a tense exchange. I look forward to a favorable outcome.
