I had scheduled a shuttle to pick me up from work so I could get my car after dropping it off in the morning for maintenance. I was told I would receive a text notification when my ride was on its way. I never received said notification and no one was outside at the scheduled time. When I called to ask if a ride was coming the representative did send someone out to get me. Unfortunately though I never received an apology for the mishap nor an explanation.

i made an appointment for 10.15 for glasscoat gave my no. to be reached. no call. i called at 12.30 they said my car was ready. went to pick it up they said they couldn't find my car.waited about 20 minutes. ran into my salesman Jason. he spotted my car in the front parking area. never wanted glasscoat was talked into it.not happy with the outcome noticed no difference from when i dropped it off.you say it was done and that covers me I am not making a 45 minute drive for nothing again.

Great service, always treated well by any of the staff that I encounter, from the people that take my keys and check the odometer, to the people who write up my car for the service needed. I never feel rushed, even when you are inundated with cars. Thank you for all of your hard work.
