Kyle was great although not sure why you would give a 65 year old man a Odyssey for a loaner because I would never buy one. I’m not complaining but when I returned I over heard another service advisor tell a customer all of the loaners were SUV’s? I might have considered buying an SUV.

I leased my car in August of 2017. Since then, my battery has died two times. Once in March of 2018, and the other on November 15. When I went in for to have my car checked out after the last instance (I had to get a jump start from AAA), I was told there was nothing wrong with my battery, and that the connections were loose, which the service subsequently tightened.
Let me say that the service I received was fine, especially since I got a loaner car. My displeasure stems from the fact that the battery was not replaced. I was told that because the battery itself was not faulty, Honda could not replace it under warranty. I still don't know why my car's battery died not once, but twice in less than nine months. If it's not the battery, then what caused this?
As a single woman who depends on and needs reliable transportation, I'm very uneasy with this decision to not replace the battery. I was told I could have this done and pay for it, but I don't feel I should have to do that, since it wasn't my fault. I've been a customer of Honda's for five years, and never had a moment's trouble with either of my other cars; this is why I'm a repeat customer. I hope this doesn't happen again.
The service was great, from scheduling to pickup. And I appreciate that the new Registration sticker was put on the windshield for me. Nice surprise! Thank you!!
