Staff and the entire facility was first-rate. I will be back when I purchase my next car. Keep up the good work. I also recommended my son and his fiance come from Queens for their Honda servicing. I came in for airbag recall and was asked if I need anything else. I decided to get oil change done and was told it would be no problem. Everyone I encountered put the customer first. Good job!!!
Staff was helpful with information needed, although you couldn’t fix my car because it has to go to the dealership now!

We appreciate your support with honda. However, as another used car that we brought in, it wasn't treated exactly the same
For a week, I had an appointment for 430pm. I was told service would take an hour. I got up from my seat at 6:37 pm to find out what was going on. At least 2 people came in after me and left before me with there service complete. The comment by the gentleman during check in was not appreciated as well.
This may seem minor but I would like my screen set back to what it was when I brought my car in. I don't want to see oil life 100%. I want to see the same display that was set when my car arrived. I know this is easy for you but I have to look in the manual to see how to set the screen to the display that I want to see. This happens every time that I bring my car for service. Other than that the service was satisfactory.
