I brought car in for oil change and to switch out front tires with already rimmed and balanced snow tires at a cost of $25. I left car for 3 hours. Snow tires were never put on car. I had to wait a half hour and go back to work late boss was mlm pissed. I know mistakes happen but come on how do you do one of 2 things wrong or not at all. Made me wonder if guy forgot to put oil in or didn't use full synthetic or forgot anything else.

I am so grateful for the superb service I received at Saratoga Honda this evening! The issue with my CRV was resolved promptly and explained thoroughly. Ryan was exceptional, as was the mechanic who took time to explain the workings of the car’s computer reset.
