Melissa was professional and personable as a he answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I called the service department at approximately 3 pm on Saturday regarding one issue (TPMS on my CRV). I was amazed that Nick said I could bring it in for the repair. When I received the phone call that the car was ready, Melissa mentioned a couple more items that might possibly need attention. I OK’d the items and the car was ready to pick up before 5. Outstanding customer service!

I was supposed to get four new tires today (I made the appointment over a week ago knowing they had to be ordered). Unfortunately the tires weren’t ever ordered so I have to come back next week to try again. Gary (service advisor) definitely felt bad but I don’t think it was his fault. Hopefully Honda will make this right for me when I come back next Saturday.

I am a loyal Honda consumer, and I always bring my car to the dealership for service. I seriously contemplated switching my loyalty, but because of Kyle, not only will I stay a loyal Honda consumer, I probably will buy my next Honda sooner, and get my husband and parents to buy Hondas in the future too.

I was lucky to get Tom when I walked up to the counter. He did everything I asked of him and more. I just wish my wife and I would of bought our Honda from Saratoga Honda instead of the dealer in Schenectady. Wont make that mistake again I can promise you. Oh well, live and learn.
