My appointment today was because I was there last week and the tires that were supposed to be ordered weren’t there. So today we tried again and the tires were ready. Gary helped me out by giving me a discount as a courtesy for last week’s mistake. I drove away today satisfied.

I was happy with the guy who waited on me but I am not happy that my brand new car that I've had for a year and a half needs 4 new tires. I bought an upper end CRV and the tires have 22000 miles and are shot. It's going to be a thousand dollar bill.
I had my car in December because it wasn't starting. I had to have it jumped 6 times while waiting for the starter to arrive. Last night leaving work at 11pm in the snow it didn't start again. I had to have it towed and take a $28 cab ride home. I was told the last starter you put in was defective. I also had to take a cab to pick up my car at your dealership today. I missed a doctor's appointment. It's been very irritating. I had my last civic which I bought from Saratoga Honda for 21 years and never had a problem. I'm just not happy at the moment
Everyone was very nice. The young fella who drove us in the courtesy van was very pleasant. Had a great conversation about his love of animals which I enjoyed. Thank you for a good experience!!! ????

Thanks so much for the wonderful service and how polite and accommodating the staff were. I don’t live in Saratoga anymore and it isn’t easy for me to make an appointment.
