I had a terrible experience at Saratoga Honda. I first walked in and greeted by being ignored by two associates. The one chatting with a coworker and another looked directly at me and instead of asking what he could help me with picked up the phone and made a call. I waited a good 10 mins until a new representative came out to assist me. I will give this representative a good review he was quick and friendly. I then waited in a full lobby with an extremely loud television. My service was semi fast and again I was greatful. However when I open my car door to get in a huge pile of crumbs were in my drivers seat chair! I do know eat in my car and was floored by this mess. It also smelled like cigarettes. Again, I do not smoke nor take anyone in my vehicle that does. It was repulsive to me and I was so annoyed and frustrated I just wanted to leave. My vehicle repair number was also on the dash as well as other papers. I have going to Saratoga Honda for over 4 years now and typically had no complaints but after yesterday’s service I may be shopping around for new repair shop. I certainly will not be recommending them to others after the way I was treated and how my car looks today.

The customer service is so much better than other Honda dealerships not to mention the quality cars and trustworthy salesman such as derek. He was one of the best car salesman I have ever met. Also the sales manager was absolutely helpful, he came out on multiple times to greet me and strike up a great conversation. We ended up finding out we both live in Rotterdam. I will not be purchasing my vehicles from Mohawk Honda anymore so Saratoga Honda it is. Thanks again
