Everyone was professional and pleasant. The interactions among the staff were impressive. My guess is you have a high number of committed staff. I was very pleased with the experience.
Service was done promptly. Rep explained Honda’s recommended future maintenance needs, without pressure.
We would love to see an Express service lane. Car inspection scheduled for 8am, didn't leave until 8:45am. Had to wait to checkout behind an insurance claim person with significant paperwork.

The entire experience from setting up the appointment to picking up the car after it was done was amazing.Your online features were excellent, specifically the pay online feature to accelerate the process at the end, keep you web developer they are doing awesome.
