I am always extremely happy with the service and the employees.
Don't need to chat. The team is always professional and on top of their game. I brought the car in for a battery issue and NYS inspection. The guy called and said there was no issue with the battery and the inspection was easy. When I arrived another rep took care of me and ran thru all the checks they did on the battery and car. She was thorough. However, when she brought the car around she informed me the oil was at 20% life..l It was clear this check was missed. She offered to do it there but I couldn't stay. However, she did give me a free oil change redemption. It was a missed opportunity and me and my wife will need to take time to bring it in again soon. Something that isn't easy as I travel allot and she works full time.

Saratoga Honda was able to get my vehicle in for service the day after I called. They completed the job within an hour while I waited. I’m very satisfied with my experience.
Kyle was my service advisor for my appointment this morning. We had front and rear brakes, transmission fluid, and an oil change. Kyle was a fantastic, he had great insight and with his advisement, we added on the transmission fluid change and the oil change, which was not part of the original break service today. Thank you for a great service and quality customer care! We will continue to bring our vehicle in and we plan on purchasing a new vehicle next year and we will be buying from Saratoga Honda. Thanks!
Wait to see a service advisor was pretty long considering there were 3 people on their computer not helping a customer.

Last year I purchased a car from you, and less then a year later I have to pay thousands of dollars to get things fixed because they were not taken care of before I purchased the car. every time I come for a service, Jordan, is extremely rude and condescending when I ask any questions. I do not know if that’s just her personality or she is irritated but it is unacceptable.
Got a little huffy with me after i told him I was not paying the $115 for the filter changes.
