Jordan was fine, but the appointment took over an hour on a simple programming a key FOB and your parts markup on the FOB is absurd.

Lisa was excellent and every aspect of the service was excellent. I really appreciated being taken care of so close to closing time and being offered a loaner car which offered me an excellent opportunity to have an extensive test drive.

Very best service! I called just before closing with a pretty severe brake issue & I got a 7am appointment for the next morning. I was able to use their shuttle service to bring me to work while they worked on my car & they came to get me when my car was done just 2 hours later. The shuttle man was a wonderful man - made the ride very pleasant & comfortable. Can’t say enough good about the customer service at Saratoga HONDA - reason why I am a return customer!!! Highly recommended.

I was disappointed that my regular service advisor Gary Obst did not handle my needs especially since I had requested him Tuesday on the phone with your receptionist. I dropped off my Element Wednesday night so Gary would have it first thing back from his days off.
Somehow Jordan who was very professional did not get the message that I wanted Gary not her to follow the car through service.
I probably would have had a few more things repaired on the car if Gary had handled it.

As long as I use time as my service manager I've had an excellent experience at Honda in Saratoga and will always continue to use it he's outstanding
I went in for my monthly car wash and came out with an expedited oil change to prepare me for my tip down south. Customer service was wonderful! Thank you also for having snacks, drinks, coloring books and stickers for my 3 girls who needed to be entertained in this process.
