I brought my Pilot in for a rattling noise. The heat shield was removed and the problem was reportedly fixed. I picked the vehicle up, drove home and the noise was still present. Now I need to make an appointment for next weekend and bring it back in.
As always, Gary was extremely professional and courteous. Car was ready when promised. Need to return to have a part replaced but I don’t mind!!!
The service advisor, Ryan Southwood, was extremely friendly and welcoming. The special order part came in overnight and I was able to make an appointment for installation the same day.
