Thomas was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. He reassured me that my driving troubles that lead to my recent encounter with a trashcan that may or may not have damaged my side mirror was not out of the ordinary and was a regular occurrence. He told a few jokes to lighten the mood and it was overall a 10/10 experience.

Efficient fix of my battery problem.
Overselling service that was not needed. Trying to coordinate my job & schedule w repair stressful enough then adding additional things which in my haste I agreed to. Never again. A $200 necessary repair cost me nearly $600. That money will take me a long time to save. My oil life was at 40% yet they suggested changing it!! Very disappointed
