It took 2 visits and 2 hours to get mud flaps correctly installed. You have almost always got things right in the past, but this was a problem

My appointment was at 10:30 for an oil change and and inspection. I was finished at 12:15. That was a little too long of a wait? But, I’m happy with the service and nice car wash.

I love everything your dealership has done for us so far. I do tjink you sjould have gluten free and fresh fruit options in your waiting area. Also, the charging ststion wasnt working.

I have been getting my car maintenance at Saratoga Honda for a many years now and have always comfortable talking to Brian McMullen when it comes to my car. He always answers my questions and have never had any issues. I think he has great customer service skills and is kind :)

Check in very easy and good communication throughout (if need additional service, etc.). Staff are courteous and friendly and I trust the mechanics!
