The car wash left my car looking worse than before I dropped it off. The passenger side windshield and front end was not cleaned. I had to pay for a car wash when I left.

This morning I went to Saratoga Honda for oil changed and tires rotated service.
I paid $25 for tires rotated service.
But I fund your technician did not rotate tires for my vehicle.
Your technician did not rotate tires why did Saratoga Honda still charge the $25 fee ?
It looks like it is a deceitful busisness behavior.
I have a proof to prove your technician did not rotate tires.
I replaced the two new tires for front tires in April and it did not has the year of manufacture on the front tires surface,
but the old two rear tires has a the year of manufacture (4217) on the rear tires surface.
I took a picture for the rear tire before I went to Saratoga Honda.
I have to say, it is not first time that your technician did not rotate tires.

I already received an appraisal price from the salesman on the Saturn. So it’s worth it for me to fix it even if I purchase a new vehicle. I am interested in having you folks repair it if the quote was honest and I can count on you folks to do a good job. I had no idea you fixed vehicles other than Hondas.
Both Vicki and Alan, the salesman, were pleasant and professional. A much better experience I had than with other staff the last visit a couple years ago.
