When I made my appointment, I was not told I should/could pull my car into garage. As I parked outside and waited to be called up, I heard an employee (man) snark that " I guess people dont want to pull in today". A simple solution, instead of mocking customers. Have the men politely state to customers when taking appointments that you have a new building and you invite us to pull right in. Much more welcoming and customer centered. Manners matters!

I left the car there with 23 miles in the gas tank And asked them to plug it in to charge. Got it back with 3 miles in the gas tank and 3 miles in electric. Just made it to a gas station. How does replacement of the front window take 20 Miles of gas ???? Nearly 2000 dollars in repairs and you couldn't even plug it in ?
