Lisa Valentino was perfect. The technician who test drove my car was perfect. I am very dissatisfied that my 2014 Odyssey with a hundred and twenty thousand miles needs the transmission replaced and they offered me a used one with 90000 miles.

Great experience/great service. Melissa helped me get downtown via shuttle service, so I could run some errands. My mother really appreciated this service as well. Also, Melissa kept me updated via cellphone letting me know what needed to be done on the car. Very happy with Saratoga Honda and their customer service.

Ryan was professional and friendly. Was a busy day at the dealership and he was very upfront about my wait time, he said an hour and that was my wait time.
