The service department took good care of me and my vehicle. Everyone makes you feel that you're important. The service advisor was very friendly and helpful. Kate Lott and the employees that helped me we're very knowledgeable and made me feel like I was part of their Honda family.

I had not heard from Ryan regarding the status of my car. After several minutes on hold I was told Ryan was busy and he would call back. I confirmed that my cell number was on file and advised that was the nest number to reach me at. I waited 3 hours and received no phone call and had to call back. I then finally spoke to Ryan to find that a car that was brought in for regular service when required now needed $1300 of repairs. I had just had my car in to be serviced a few months earlier and received a clean bill of health. I approved the repairs or the car would not have passed inspection. Ryan assured me he would call the next day when the car was done. I did not hear from Ryan and I again had to call for the status. I was put on hold for several minutes only to be told Ryan was busy and would call me back. Ryan never returned my call and all that I received was a text message from Katie that my car was done and then a 2nd text message of how much I owed. Very disappointed in the customer service both in the way I was treated by Ryan and that the problems were my car were not detected nor notified until now.

Derek was great. No pressure (which is a nice change from other dealers). He was very knowledgeable and answered every question throughout the process.
Not only have I been receiving multiple unnecessary text messages, phone calls and emails for the last two days, which I want to be removed from your call list immediately, but I had to wait an hour for an inspection. Which at my local shop only takes ten to fifteen minutes. The point of making an appointment would be for convienence and speed. Not to watch my car be finished and then boxed in amongst other vehicles.
