Disappointed there are no loyalty discounts with service after purchasing vehicles or tires through Saratoga Honda. Last Honda purchased at Lia Honda and had many coupons/discount offers

I was charged $128 dollars for the dealership to take a look at my car to see if it would pass inspection. It did not pass, and they did not fix anything but I was still charged. I was scammed. My family has a lease on a 2018 Honda and they are not happy at all, plus no one is answering our calls at the dealership. No one cares about our concern, only care about money.
