Brian was amazing. I have taken my car a few times for the same issue regarding the locks on the drivers side and everytime I have gone they seem to rush my car and say is fixed. My last visit I was there was due to the battery having issues and Carlos helped me and he was horrible he seem to not want to deal with my lock issues and just whatever about my concerns he didn’t even call me to give me an update on my car so when I went this time I was ready to take further actions and call corporate if these locks will not get fix or I got whatever treatment, but a Brian made me so happy he called me and kept me updated and he even had me email him my videos I took showing what the locks were doing. His attitude was great and he even walked me to my car when I went back to pick it up. If the locks go out again I think I wouldn’t be so mad because Brian was so sweet. I will be requesting him if I need any services done. Thanks Brian!!!
Tony and other associates were friendly and kept me well informed. They gave suggestions of recommended work but we’re not pressuring me.

Jacob Vsrgas said that my tire could not be repaired and I have to replace it! I took my Nissan Rogue to Jim's automotive and they repaired my tire! I hope I never have to go to a Nissan dealer again!
