It's been my experience that the advisors, mechanics and supervisors dont know what they're doing or don't care, I've taken my vehicle 4 times for the same issue and it hasn't been fixed, overall cerritos nissan has the worst service department, I wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy.

Service is good. Carlos mentioned the recall on car even though I didn't know about it. They did the first service of the car , no charge and checked the recalled parts.
