Jacob did an outstanding job helping me find what I need for my vehicle. I used to go to Downey Nissan but the service there just wasn’t it. Glad I came to Cerritos instead.

I was disappointed that after determining that my fuel cap might need replacement on Friday, on Monday I was told that they needed to order it and my car would not be fixed until Tuesday. I do appreciate that when I told Victor I could not wait until Tuesday for my car, he got the part Monday and the car was ready that afternoon.

It took entirely too long for my car to be serviced. I was told 3-4 hours and it took 51/2 hours. Other than the time it took I’m satisfied with the services done on my vehicle

I was charged almost $900 for a gear assembly and labor. I did not receive a new gear assembly so feel ripped off and I’m pissed. Same shifter in the car as before I brought it in
Brian was great. The 3 hour oil change is too long but maybe because of the pandemic. Not enough employees in maintenance. Just a lot of salesman standing around.
Carlos was energetic and very detailed in what was to be serviced. It was a very satisfying experience.

Truly a great experience. Already knew I was going on with expected repairs from pat inspection, but mitigated many of those by the follow up. Only making recommended fixes to get me through until next major service need.
