Eric told me exactly what I needed I went back to my house and got all the necessary keys. At the moment I got back my car was in the bay. I left to do some grocery shopping and by the time I was done at 10o’clock I am. Eric had everything done and my car was washed. I couldn’t be more happy with his service.I was plenty early for my 11:15 AM appointment thanks to Eric. If I ever have a service problem I’m gonna ask for him by name.
Tony is always very professional. He gives me a progress report on how the repairs are going. Have the repairs completed in a timely manner.

Horrible horrible service! I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO CERRITOS NISSAN EVER. And I will tell all my friends the horrible treatment we got.
