I did not have an appointment and Mr. Nava was able to check my car in and was out within 15 minutes of my arrival. My car was ready within two and half hours. Very pleased.

Where do I start? From the Gecko he understood the issue and the major concern I had about my vehicle. He being a family man like myself we understood that safety was my number one priority. His knowledge of what the issue might be was exceptional and he was absolutely right about the problem. He walked me through the process before and after and left no **** unturned to get this resolved perfectly. I cannot be happier with my overall all experience with Jaime. I have found my new dealer mechanic and this won’t be the last time you guys hear from me. I will begin to make all my future routine maintenance with him.
