Every once in a while we are face with up and downs and with good days and bad days. Most of the time, we find bad customer service and it’s very hard to find honest and good people and customer service, period. Last week, I encountered such a excellent customer service that almost left me speechless. I went home and told my wife that I found a young SERVICE ADVISOR by the name of “Jacob Vargas”. It was such a great experience that I think Nissan needs to know that they have such a professional person working for them. Thank you Nissan for given us the opportunity to meet Mr. Vargas to serve all of us customers of Nissan. It’s a great honor to meet such a pleasant person with such a professionalism, second to none. The service guy tried to charge me for fixing my car. When my car is 5 months old under warranty. Waited 3 hrs to put a small latch on for gas door.
