To Whom It May Concern; Every once in a while we are face with up and downs and with good days and bad days. Most of the time, we find bad customer service and it’s very hard to find honest and good people and customer service, period. Last week, I encountered such a excellent customer service that almost left me speechless. I went home and told my wife that I found a young SERVICE ADVISOR by the name of “Jacob Vargas”. It was such a great experience that I think Nissan needs to know that they have such a professional person working for them. Thank you Nissan for given us the opportunity to meet Mr. Vargas to serve all of us customers of Nissan. It’s a great honor to meet such a pleasant person with such a professionalism, second to none. I wish the best to Mr. Vargas and I know that one day he will do great things. Congratulations to Mr. Vargas and Nissan for such a great customer service experience. El servicio fue por cambio de aceite… Se le encendieron las luces de chek engine y algunas más . No dieron otra cita el día de de ayer, solo le cambiaron la batería y las luces se volvieron a encender… Ahora tengo que dedicar otro día para servicio y solicitar una nueva cita… Espero que en este próximo servicio salga bien…

The service guy tried to charge me for fixing my car. When my car is 5 months old under warranty. Waited 3 hrs to put a small latch on for gas door.
