I was told the service would take 2-3 hours to check and resolve the issue. I left my car at 7am and once 10:30am hit I decided to call and ask about the status of my car because I had not been called or updated, even though it had been 3 and a half hours after I first left my car. I was then told they had no information on my vehicle’s status but an associate would call me back in the next couple minutes. After another 20minutes I called back and they informed me I would get a status update at in 10minutes at 11am. I was originally told it would take at max 3 hours to find and solve the issue with my car yet it already had been 4 hours and no update till I kept calling to ask. At 11am I was told my car wouldn’t be ready till 1:30pm the soonest. apparently they also knew my car (2020 Nissan Altima) needed a system update because there have been other issues with that model. I don’t mind the wait, However if they already knew what the issue was since the beginning, I would’ve come back the following day (today) because I had a appointment at 2pm and had no car. This is why I left my car at 7am so that I could pick it up by the time I needed it. I just wish I had been kept up to date with what was going on with my car.

Carlos Fuentes was very helpful or they went to the car dealer Nissan somebody told me that Carlos will help me when he came out he said what can I help you today and I told him I came in to change the oil he said fine he text me what else I need for my car they told me about what I need it any text me what I need it and I told him maybe in the future I’ll come back to do the problem you told me he said OK anytime then I said thank you for your help and letting me know when I need it

Brian was absolutely amazing. From the moment I drove up and each person that helped me was kind and professional. Brian was exceptional and his customer service as well as his helpfulness.
