Kenneth has been my go-to guy for a few years now and has never disappointed me. A standup guy, he always does an excellent job. I know my car is in good hands when i leave it with him.

The only thing I didn’t like was there was some cream like stuff on my passenger door and there’s spots over the bottom passenger side of my car looks dirty.

A little inconvenienced but that was not His fault, fault of the women who made the appointment for me. He handled it well and was able to fix all the issues for me.
Everything was fine until it took 3 hours to get my oil changed and then my car wouldn’t start. Got there at 6:50 am and left at 9:50 am. I declined to have any additional work done at 8 am. What was going on for the next two hours???

The tech, was rude, disrespectful, and almost discouraging. It seemed like he did not want us to have our vehicle serviced. He didn’t even offer us an Uber.
