Really exceptional has a very high bar. So yes/no question seems unfair. However Luis was very kind, polite, and friendly and I would recommend people to go to him.

He was very helpful and had great customer service
The service department lied about the issue with my tire and then tried to gauge me with an over 100% mark up on the replacement tire that I didn't need. Very unethical. This is the 2nd time I have been hit by this service dealership with outrageous costs to work that didn't need to be done.
Tony was exceptional, he truly cared about my situation and helped me with everything I needed. Will definitely return!

There was some confusion pertaining to the security plus warranty that I have. This turned a 2 hours service into a 4 hour service which I was highly dissatisfied with. However, Luis made sure to apologize for the length of time and explained the situation to me. Therefore, I do not blame him. I feel that he should have been trained to know what to do if a customer has a security plus warranty.
I like to have car in great condition.
