Victor Silva helped solved my car problem! He briefly explained everything that I needed to know about what was going on with my car. Friendly and very understanding would definitely reach out to him for help next time!
He said all my flies were checked but now I have a windshield wiper fluid light on that wasnt on before arriving to the dealership.
Jaime was very friendly and kept checking on me and letting me know the status on my car. He also talked to me about Disneyland since he saw my keychain and to me that’s building customer relationship. He walked me all the way to my car and open the door. Love the service :-)

Clearly your dealership has a busy service center! Yet I was so glad that Jaime took care of us when our radiator cracked and left us stranded far from home. He was able to get us into a rental for the day so that our daughter could make it for an interview to be a first time camp counselor. And then we were back in our car before the end of the day! Thanks for helping us salvage what could have been an even worse day!
Repairing a tire that’s leaking air, shouldn’t be $35...That’s too high of a price.
