Had to wait longer for my vehicle. Service advisor did not communicate to me the progress of my vehicle and after 3 hours i went to ask on the progress and was told that it was done but they had not done all the work so had to wait more so they could finish. No discount was even given for the inconvenience and for being a loyal customer all these years . Truly dissapointed.

I had an appointment for an oil change. After waiting 1 1/2 hours, I went to check the status. I was told it was done and going to the car wash. I forfeited the car wash due to the long wait. The technician did NOT put the oil cap back on and I drove home. Oil was everywhere and smoke was coming out. I cleaned up what I could and recontacted Edward. No solution was presented except they could tow it in. I replaced the cap and advised I would return after work the next day. I spoke with the manager ahead of time but when I showed up, I waited 15 minutes before the manager spoke with me. Then Edward said it could be cleaned up in 30 minutes. Luckily the manager intervened and stated the job would take longer and got me a rental so Nissan could rectify the problem. I did wait almost an hour for the rental but the technicians did clean my car and air up the tires on the 3rd day. I drove to the dealer 3 times for a simple oil change that I had an appointment for. I find this service completely unsatisfactory.
Brian is professional and he is a good listener. He wasn’t pushy, trying to over sell. This is exactly how we like to interact with car dealerships. We will be returning.
