I really like to have Eric as my service dude, he is always come and collected which helps decrease my anxiety. This is the second time he takes care of my car and he is great. I also like that he’s not condescending, there’s other employees there tare not patient enough to deal with people like me, that have no clue about car maintenance and repair.

Brian was very aware of my history of my vehicle and thorough about what I needed then and in the next visit. He let me know how long it was going to take and asked of I wanted the wash. I was pleased with his service. There were a couple things that I was concerned about. My service was ok except the air in my tires were different on my dash indicator and the service warning needed to be reset. Other than that all was well.

Eric was kind and understanding of my concerns for the way my car was running. After driving my car he promptly took me to the mechanic’s area and showed me the area of damage and how to handle the repair. He reassured me that the costs is under the warranty. He further showed me that my serpentine belt indicated some tears in it and that it should be replaced to prevent damage unexpectedly..
Eric promised to order parts and made an appointment for Thursday.
I appreciate this promptness to details and customer satisfaction.
After talking to Brian, it was convincing that my car will be serviced
