It sucked! Waited a hour and a half to run a 10 min diagnostics tool, then charged $139.00 to be told it was the transmission and it would cost around $6.000.00. Took too another place and told it was the Air flow Not the Transmission! You people are a bunch of crooks!! Asked Victor if he could take something off the 139.00 fee and was abruptly told NO! Bad Customer Service and will Review you according on Review sites such as Yelp!
To add to my previous comment, after driving away I noticed there was a continuous rattling in the front of my car once I was stopped or slowed to a stop. I didn’t hear anything before dropping my car off.
I’m highly disappointed with the service I received aside from Mike who did his best to wash my car. The service was poor on all other levels and it’s irritating to see service men who can assist a customer but choose to stand around talking. I’m outright disgusted and displeased because when I was offered the chance to take my car elsewhere I chose to give Cerritos Nissan the benefit of the doubt that I would have a better experience.
