Jonathan went above and beyond helping me out to figure out the warranty on my car to get my tire fix. It was my first time dealing with this type of things, I usually just do maintenance. He handled and made everything easy for me. He was accommodating and very helpful from the start. When I needed to get going for I needed to get to work at certain time, he immediately figured out how quickly the job will be done ASAP. He walked me back to my vehicle and explained what happened and the work that was done on my car. He was friendly until the very end. Thank you so much Jonathan! You Rock!!
