I had been going to the Nissan of Signal Hill for 3 years and had never had such an amazing experience as I did, here at a Cerritos. Alfredo Sabino let me know about my tires and explain everything I needed throughly. I will forever be coming to this location to get my service done and any other needs for my car. My first visit was beyond my expectations. Great service and will definitely recommend to other family members who are Nissan car owners.

My appointment was a 9am. ..my car was not ready till 11am. Just for an oil change and with an appointment. They would not able to bring my car out because some other car was blocking my car that took another 10 minutes. It's was not Mia's foult.

It is hard to say it was exceptional when it took 2 hours for a simple oil change. I know they rotated my tires and washed the vehicle. I was pleased with that but i would have been more pleased if they asked me if i wanted my car back in a normal time frame without it. The staff i delt with was very curtious it is just a time factor
