Eric was great. Very informative and would return my calls promptly. My only issue which didnt have to do with him was ny rental car. If I bring in a minivan I would expect a car in that size for a rental. I obviously have a bigger car for a reason so having my car for over a week and having to drive a Nissan Sentra we had to take 2 cars whever we went as a family of 5. Please change the rental policy and get bigger cars.

Estoy muy molesto por que mandan couponenes para ir aser el servicio de camjio de aceite i cuando esta uno alla en el dealer para aser el servicio salen con que ese coupon no te sirve por que el aceite que ocupa el carro no lo cubre entonces para que mandan los coupones si no los ban aser validos i nomas asen perder el tiempo auno muy mal el servicio
