Tony Fears was AMAZING! I hope i have the option somewhere on that survey to give him a 20 star rating! I had so much on my plate and was not having the best luck with the company i bought my warranty from yet he still managed to make the process go as smooth as possible. He definitely went above and beyond and i am very appreciative!

I didn't think it was necessary to charge me for a fault in the car battery, I had only had the car for one year and already experiencing acid leaking out of the battery, I owned a toyota before and the batteries last me a long time, it should be under at least a 3 year warranty,it was a brand new car when I purchased it, this is my only consern, other than that if I didnt have to pay I would of been satisfy with the service, I felt I got rip off.

Jaime Nava provided an exceptional service experience today. Jaime went out of his way to answer all my questions regarding the service that my car needed. Additionally, Jaime was patient and knowledgeable with navigating the warranty claim that we needed to submit for the service. I will definitely be returning to Cerritos Nissan because of Jaime.
